Amounts greater than 250mg daily of Phosphorus may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Long term intake of amounts greater than 4mg daily of Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
